This is a 90-minute primer on Intention, and is a good place to start for anyone wanting to understand intention and to begin utilising it in their life.

There has been a great deal of talk over recent years about intention, especially after the success of the movie, The Secret.

After watching the film, many people have gone away with the idea that intention is merely an extension of wishful thinking. Hardly surprisingly, most people have been bitterly disappointed that the $1m they have dreamed about hasn’t materialised in their bank account.

As a result, people have turned their back on intention – and on the most powerful and creative force at their disposal.

So what really is intention – and what isn’t it? Lynne McTaggart is arguably one of the world’s leading experts on intention. Her book, The Intention Experiment, has been an international best-seller, and it put forward the science of intention in a way not seen before or since.

Following on from the book, she has organized the world’s largest mind-over-matter experiments via her web site. The site has also been the home of weekly intentions for people with health challenges – and some of the results have been quite remarkable.

In this 90-minute course, Lynne starts from the basics, and takes you through all the processes until you are consciously intending in your daily life.
