Well as I understand Intention Experiment, if our thoughts can change the world as I believe they can, one's upbringing can have a radical influence in how one sees the world and their place in it. If we are encouraged vs discouraged the outcomes can be dramatically different. I wrote about my experience to let those with children know that it is not the "things" that one has acquired so much as the love, encouragement and outlook that makes not only an individual's life worth living but those of others. We all come with certain talents and baggage into our lives. It is what we do with or without it that makes a difference. Additionally, focusing on another can shift and change not only the other person, but also one's self. Selflessness can be habit forming and just a plain good thing for the world we all live in.
